Yoga course for beginners

  • Held on Sundays at 6:00 PM
  • The course includes learning the basics of yoga. During this course, we will learn and practice in a small group and with personal guidance.
  • The course includes ten lessons, each lesson lasting about an hour. The course is very suitable for those who want to start practicing yoga gradually, understand the principles of the practice, and apply the practice independently.
  • The learning is gradual and suitable even if you are not flexible or are not familiar with the world of yoga at all.
  • During the lessons we will learn and practice:
  • Yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation, proper nutrition and how to concentrate on the poses.
  • The course is taught by Amos Reshef – studio manager and yoga teacher with extensive experience in the field.
